YG’s Shooting Incident
The rapper is said to be recovering in hospital after being shot three times in the early hours of Friday morning.
Rapper YG was shot 3 times within the hip on weekday at a la studio. The incident happened around 1:45 a.m. civil time at Studio town, TMZ reports, citing enforcement. a disciple of the Arthur Compton rapper drove him to a close-by hospital; once police arrived and tried to interview YG, he was reportedly "very uncooperative."
At the scene of the shooting, police reportedly found multiple shell casings and blood on the paseo. in line with TMZ, United Nations agency spoke to a representative for the rapper, YG's injuries area unit "not life threatening" and he is "doing fine," tho' the shooter has reportedly not been situated. Representatives for YG failed to now reply to Rolling Stone's request for comment.
In 2014, YG free his debut studio album, My Krazy Life, that targeted on gang life in South Central la. The rapper earned wide popularity of the LP, that Rolling Stone named the year's best hip-hop unharness. In Dec, YG went deeper into the album's dark world, pairing the music with visuals to formthe 30-minute short film Blame It on the Streets. The 25-year-old co-wrote the play script with director Darryl "Lucky" composer, drawing inspiration from 2 key tracks, "BPT" and "Meet the Flockers," in an endeavor to depict his "life within the streets."
